New Group Counseling
Due to demand, I am opening 4 spaces in this workshop for the class of 2024. As a group, we will meet 12 times over a year and go through the college application process. More specific information will be forthcoming.
Hourly Fees
I generally don't contract with students or families on an hourly basis. There are exceptions for some students who are considering a transfer or a returning family whose needs are specific. In those cases these fees would apply.
Set up Fee- $150
$150.00 to set up the student in the Path to Admission system. This will allow families access to student portal and be able to independently search and research schools.
Hourly Fee- $150
$150.00 for initial or ongoing hourly consultations with students at any age. These hours can be pre-purchased in groups. This time could be used for parent questions, specific review of applications, discussion of financial aid or scholarship opportunities. It does not include time for research or work done out of the meeting by the consultant. It will NOT include project management. Keeping students on deadline, making sure students are completing applications (ie: sending transcripts and scores and letters of recommendation), or following up with students to make sure submissions are complete are provided under our various comprehensive programs.
Aptitude assessment -$150
We utilize YouScience's online aptitude assessment. After completing the assessment your student will have access to downloadable reports and suggestions of future majors and careers. Included in both comprehensive plans.
Personalized College List - $750
We collect information about your student, go through a questionnaire of interests and present a detailed list of possible schools to consider and why. High school juniors and seniors. Offered as an additional service to hourly students. Hourly students will also need to pay the initial set up fee. Included with packages and programs.
Rising 8th or 9th grade parents
High school course selection
Current or new families - planning your student's high school path has become increasingly important as colleges are going test optional. Without standardized testing, increased attention is paid to high school transcripts. Younger students and their families don't need to worry about college admissions at this time, but they do need to be aware of the choices they should consider. I am offering 1/2 hour meetings at a reduced rate of $75 to talk about high school course options. If you have questions about IB vs AP classes or the math track you think your student should do; if you are wondering about accelerated classes in summer school or how many years of foreign language is needed - this meeting is for you! This meeting will not obligate you to continue working with me for future counseling.
Current families - for your CURRENT student, this service is included. For a younger sibling, please just schedule a consult meeting via my calendar and let me know that the meeting will be for a brother/sister.

Essay only service
If your student is in the middle of applications and what you really need is essay review and editing, please reach out to Lisa. It can all be done through Zoom and Google Docs. Her pricing is dependent on number of essays needing review. Please understand that she cannot accommodate immediate essay assessement and review.
